Plan and execute test cases for web and platform products, including functional, usability, and regression testing. They will identify, document, and track bugs and issues, working with developers to ensure timely resolution.
Participate in requirement and design reviews to identify potential risks early in the development process. The role also includes validating fixes, supporting release readiness, and contributing to continuous improvement of testing processes.
Where applicable, assist in defining testing standards, checklists, and documentation to support scalable quality practices.
Support the planning, coordination, and administration of research projects from inception to completion.

Talent Management: Support all internal and external people operations activities to ensure effective organisational activities

Learning & Development: Facilitate the development plans for all employees within the organisation

Develop and format email content, manage mailing lists, schedule campaigns, and monitor campaign performance using email marketing platforms.
Support audience segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign optimisation while ensuring compliance with email marketing best practices.
Contribute to reporting on campaign metrics and provide recommendations for improving engagement and conversion rates.
Support the marketing communications team to promote our products and services through effective email marketing.
