Research Management Intern

  • Support the planning, coordination, and administration of research projects from inception to completion. 

  • Assist with literature reviews, data collection and organisation, research documentation, and project tracking to ensure timely delivery of research activities. 

  • Help coordinate communication with research team members and external stakeholders, maintain research records, and support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other research outputs. 

  • Contribute to ensuring compliance with research protocols, ethical standards, and organisational procedures while supporting continuous improvement of research management processes.

  • Basic understanding of research methodologies, including qualitative and quantitative research.

  • Ability to conduct literature reviews, gather information, and synthesise research findings.

Project Coordination and Organisation

  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Ability to maintain accurate documentation and track research activities.

Communication and Collaboration

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and engage professionally with stakeholders.

  • Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and contribute proactively.

Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

  • Attention to detail and the ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and support informed decision-making.
